Free Shipping Across India

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all eligible orders delivered anywhere in India. Any exceptions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.


Estimated Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Product availability

  • Courier serviceability

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen logistical delays

During high-demand periods, festivals, or promotional sales, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) Number and tracking details via email, usually within 1–2 business days.

You can use your AWB number to track your shipment through our Order Tracking page.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.

This may happen because:

  • Items are shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment centers.

  • Certain products become available sooner than others.

  • Shipping items separately allows us to deliver your order faster instead of waiting for all products to be available.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.


Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Orders

While we work closely with our delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your shipment is delayed, lost, returned, or appears to be stuck in transit, please contact us at support@dropsycart.com.

Our team will investigate the issue with the courier partner and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate before completing your order.

DropsyCart cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's unavailability or an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, depending on the circumstances.


Service Availability

We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India.

In rare cases, deliveries to remote or restricted locations may take additional time or may not be possible. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and process a full refund if payment has already been made.
