Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product should:

Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
If the same item is unavailable, we'll offer an appropriate alternative or process a refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they have been shipped.
To cancel an order, email support@dropsycart.com with your Order Number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE Shipping on eligible orders across India.
If a return is approved due to our error (such as receiving the wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by DropsyCart wherever applicable.
