How do I place an order?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. An order confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase is successfully placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they have been shipped.

To request a cancellation, simply email support@dropsycart.com with your Order Number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
